Our Lifetime Replacement Warranty
We are proud of the quality of Monster Rod Holders and stand behind the products we make.
Monster Rod Holders covers qualifying Monster Rod Holder rod holders, excluding weather guards, with a lifetime replacement warranty against failure under normal fishing circumstances.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to second-hand owners or later purchasers.
What the Warranty Covers
Our fair-use lifetime warranty covers qualifying Monster Rod Holder rod holders that fail under normal freshwater fishing conditions.
If your rod holder fails under normal fishing use, please submit a warranty claim with a completed Warranty Service Form or a written note describing the problem, along with your contact information.
After review, approved warranty claims will receive a replacement at no charge.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our lifetime replacement warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, modification, or use outside normal fishing circumstances.
Examples of excluded damage include, but are not limited to:
- Running over the product with a lawn mower
- Forgetting to untie an anchor from the rod holder and driving away
- Running into a log, dock, or other object
- Using the rod holder to tow, pull, drag, or lift something it was not designed for
- Pulling a skier, raft, boat, or other object
- Damage caused by non-fishing use
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Weather guards
Monster Rod Holders are designed to withstand the punishment of serious freshwater fishing, but they are not designed for towing, pulling, impact damage, vehicle damage, or other uses outside normal fishing conditions.
We use fair judgment when reviewing warranty claims, and we ask our customers to use fair judgment when submitting them.
Warranty Limitations
Monster Rod Holders makes no other express warranty with respect to the product other than the warranty stated above.
To the extent allowed by law, the liability of Monster Rod Holders for damages related to any allegedly defective product shall be limited to the actual price paid for the product and shall not include incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
